Job Description

The Director – It Business Engagement Digital & Client at Tiffany is a key contributor of the It Applications roadmap in collaboration with the key head of business departments such as Dept. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of worldwide transformation program, while working directly leadership to define the project approach, lead organizational change through assessment and review of standards, organization structure, and processes. Responsible for empowering teams to optimally roll out the solution while liaising with the Technical and Delivery Application & Support teams.

Responsible for strategic planning, defining project approaches and methodology, producing executive status reports, issue, and risk management, leading overall schedule and interdependencies, conducting after action analysis and setting consistent standards and processes.

While being a strong business partner, leading transformation discussions & projects, this role will strive to better understand how to support key business priorities while supplying to the Tiffany worldwide It strategy in partnership with zone organizations (Europe, China, Apac, Korea, Japan).

This role will have a key role to align solutions and recommendations and develop a positive relationship with It group (Lvmh Blueprint / Global partners).

Main area of responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Digital re-platforming
  • Unlock Omni Channel capabilities
  • Improve Clienteling Client Advisors experience and develop a cohesive experience for Tco clients.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership with the It Application & Support delivery organization.

Responsibilities:

Organization and Project Demand:

  • Represent Tiffany in worldwide organization & projects community
  • Chip in to define objectives for It department working in conjunction with It leadership
  • Help to define 3-year plan, update plan, roadmap and dashboard regularly
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of overall Tiffany application landscape

Business/internal consultant:

  • Partner with department leads and key users to define project scopes and requirements
  • Coordinate effort to validate scope, prioritize and ultimately deliver the final solution
  • Review all requests for systems improvements to ensure request adheres to overall strategic direction before taking action
  • Document business processes and associated It processes for future reference
  • Act as authority regarding retail initiatives

Project Leader

  • Responsible for the overall project management and roll out of It projects to retail teams
  • Assess risk potential for projects and build proactive solutions
  • Responsible for project budgets

Project Management:

  • Coordinate/follow-up on project tasks
  • Co-manage resources with delivery and infrastructure leadership
  • Prepare User Acceptance Testing (Uat) scenarios with the business; prioritize and coordinate Uat to ensure all scenarios are conducted and results accurately detailed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or business-related field
  • 8+ years of dynamically increasing responsibilities in It
  • Comprehensive experience in Technology/Business (Commercial: e-commerce, clienteling, omni-channel)
  • Shown success as business analyst; demonstrates ability to understand and anticipate business needs
  • Capable of working in an international context, global organization, matrix environment
  • Superior Project Management Skills; Agile Project Delivery Experience
  • Energetic and proactive demeanor for learning and problem solving
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with users while using compassion but still being influencer

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Consulting company.
  • Professional experience abroad (Europe or Asia).
  • Experience in a Multi-cultural environment.
  • Previous experiences on major It Transformation (working in environments with legacy technology and migrating to modern).
  • Knowledge and implementation of best-in-class solutions for the respective Digital and clienteling areas.
