Job Description

Role Summary:

The Learning Manager will be responsible for supporting our entire Fulfillment Center Network in learning programs that support job-specific skills as well as compliance and other learning initiatives. The Learning Manager will lead the delivery of all learning programs at the fulfillment center and be responsible for managing the team of Learning Coordinators across all of our sites.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted partner with the operations teams, support functions and Learning departments to ensure a high standard of safety, quality, productivity and customer experience
  • Create, manage and implement standardized training programs ensuring they are consistently implemented, tracked and recorded
  • Track and communicate Learning progress at a local and network level
  • Lead a team of Training Coordinators, including their development and performance
  • Ensure training documentation is compliant and up to date
  • Analyze data to suggest improvements for training & operations and drive continuous improvement activities
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications:

Key attributes include:

  • Degree in a related discipline (Business, Human Resources etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees
  • Prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data – Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience developing & implementing department goals & strategies based on organizational strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a team of between 1-5 team members (including day to day activities and ongoing development)
  • Resume that shows steady progression and ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Spanish or Arabic language proficiency
