Job Description

Concept Design, Visualization & Presentation

  • Own the process of design for in-store projects including retail activations, pop ins / pop ups and global launches.
  • Lead designers through design development.
  • Develop designs from sketches to 3D modeled renderings.
  • Present concepts to Cvm leadership to vet creative development and ensure complete approval.
  • Oversee technical drawings.

Project Management & Partnership

  • Manage projects from assignment to installation.
  • Partner with internal teams on providing direction on design intent and fabrication.
  • Ensure vendor / internal partnership clarity by providing detailed line drawings and renderings for sampling.
  • Review drawings and / or prototypes for approval of production.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Market teams to develop designs to fulfill briefs with local vendors.
  • Partner with Operations and Production teams as it relates to timelines.
  • Maintain network of freelance, artisans, or other support to complete projects.

Communication

  • Work with the Communications team to ensure assets are captured correctly in order guide and installation directives.
  • Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to understand form usage and current guidelines to inform new styling approaches.

Special Projects

  • Support on-site installations as needed.
  • Attend walk-throughs (virtual or in-person) to provide design direction and feedback.
  • Assist and take direction from Manager / Creative Director on bespoke or special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years specific display, pop up, in store design experience
  • Creative background or qualification in appropriate design field
  • Experience of luxury fashion or jewelry retail
  • Illustration skills –freehand sketching or technical drawing
  • 3D Cad skills – Rhino, Keyshot, and / or Vector works
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mac literate in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Capable of reading basic floor plans, architectural elevations and visuals as well as construction drawings
  • Ability to be organized and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, self-starter and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
