As a member of the Global Assortment Planning team within the Supply Chain organization, this Manager is responsible for assortment and space planning for all Tiffany & Co. products to maximize sales for the Eastern markets. He/she will have shared accountability for Region-specific performance matching the Region.
The Manager uses predictive analytics and store typologies to set dynamic and localized assortments for all stores and wholesale. He/she executes productive distribution plans and ensures efficient retail space to support the assortment to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, turn, and sales by pad.
The Manager sets initial new product distribution plans and partners with the zone management teams to communicate new product news.
The Manager supports the growth of a trusted partnership with the Region leader and zone merchandising counterpart, helping to provide consistent, shared analytics and ensuring an effective feedback loop.
