Description of Job Function:
Reporting into the La Mer Global Online team, the Online Marketing Manager serves as the Online Lead for all creative needs related to new product launch campaigns (Npl) and seasonal launches. This role is highly cross-functional in nature, working closely with social, digital, go-to-market, product marketing, and creative teams. The primary responsibility of the Online Marketing Manager is to ensure that all 3-5 star campaigns and seasonal campaigns launch on-time and in-budget, with best-in-class creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
3-5 Star NPL Campaigns
- Act as Online content lead for priority campaigns, working closely with Executive Director, Content & Social on content vision while supporting Executive Director, Online’s strategic pipeline and innovation opportunities.
- Responsible for developing all creative briefs for select 3* and all 4-5* Npl campaigns, developing the online strategy and identifying all creative asset requirements for each new launch program across all online channels. Partner with cross-functional teams on 360 messaging and key driver alignment while securing Online leadership approval on priority campaigns.
- Own go-to-market development and guidance for said Npl programs, working closely with Global Creative on best practices and on-time asset deliveries while contributing to greater 360 marketing documents empowering local adoption and execution.
- Create and maintain Global Online Marketing program calendars and effectively communicate new initiatives to all Global, Regional & Market teams.
- Attend all relevant Regional meetings and serve as the point of contact for all creative assets associated with the select 3* and 4-5* Npl campaigns and identify additional Market needs.
- Oversee the Qc, release and rollout of said programs, facilitated by the Associate, Online.
- Seasonal Campaigns & Ksm’S
- Based on an awareness of commercial, editorial and Regional trends, collaborate with Ed, Content & Social to strategize and implement seasonal online marketing programs with North America Online as a key stakeholder.
- Own updates to the Global Editorial Calendar on behalf of Global Online for full Regional visibility to cross-channel storytelling and priorities.
- Partner with Regional/Market teams to develop customized ecommerce programs to reach global consumers and keep up with emerging ecommerce trends in the marketplace, such as local seasonal events and commercial opportunities.
- Craft best-in-class briefs, leveraged by Global Creative, for specific Online-led programming or incremental needs.
- In collaboration with the greater Global Online team, play an active role in the strategy and execution of key selling moments such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Holiday, D11, etc.
- Business As Usual & Regional Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of a 3rd party agency, which is responsible for the CMS programming across all brand sites.
- Project manage multiple ongoing Creative & Regional asks, including providing weekly status emails for the working Online x Creative team and facilitating weekly Creative working sessions in partnership with Global Creative Operations.
- Serve as primary point of contact for one-off Regional requests.
- Management: Direct Reports
- The Online Marketing Manager has will manage (1) direct report, the Associate, Online Marketing
- This individual is responsible for the following:
- 1-2* Npl and commercial-driving 3* campaigns
- Seasonal campaigns
- Ad-hoc requests
- Asset release & site roll-out process across all Global markets

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management role, either agency or brand side, with a dedicated focus in ecommerce/digital.
- Experience writing creative briefs on a regular basis and working cross-functionally with creative teams, marketing teams, and product teams.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce channels – Dtc, retailer.com, pure players, 3Pp’s
- Understanding of digital marketing and media campaigns – with an understanding of the ‘funnel’ and which types of content/assets perform best.
- Excellent at scheduling with a talent for pushing the project along, managing timelines, keeping everything on track with a positive, committed attitude.
- Excellent at Excel with the ability to create best-in-class project management spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to deliver a range of digital projects delivering approved project scope to agreed time, cost and quality.
- Experience managing at least 1 direct report
- Deep understanding of DTC platforms and managing CMS programming

- Ability to apply e-commerce best practices to creative briefs
- Figma, Invision, CMS, UX/UI, QA testing, and Microsoft Office
- Global Brand Experience is a plus!
