Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product movements for the Americas zone in partnership with various departments – Merchandising, Retail stores, Logistics and Paris headquarter
• Supervise national & international shipments in consignment for high end items, tracking customs clearance, pre alerts, transportation, verifying and updating the documentation required
• Partner with third party transporter and stores for domestic and international transfers
• Support Zone events as logistics authority and lead all aspects of logistics planning and support (product movement, tools needed, onsite inventory and Ata Carnets management)
• Champion FJ&T operation needs at corporate level to support store needs and improve back of house management and client experience
• Be responsible for packaging forecasting & zone orders
• Ensure stores are equipped with accurate tools, especially new store openings, and train on Fj&T specific logistics and operation guidelines
• Participate in Company Sale movements and End of Life management in partnership with the Supply Chain and Merchandising Team
• Partner with Paris and the logistics team for various product movement (buybacks, international after sale service…)
• Track employee consignment movements
• Analyze transportation costs and invoicing process, proposing improvements
