As a Marketing Manager, you will join our Marketing team and be reporting directly to the founder/CEO with a wide scope and range of responsibilities.
Overview
- Strategy: Be a strategic thinker about how to deliver the best, most engaging content, and where to
pipeline that content across social media, paid performance marketing, and more.
- Cross-functional support: Collaborate effectively with designers and product teams to support brand and content strategy, physical activations, and more.
- Out of Home: Supporting logistics around pop-ups, collaborations, seeing activations through
completion.
- Influencer Marketing: Partner with the marketing team on influencer relations and brand partnerships.
Strategy
- Communicate regularly with founder regarding new and existing strategies and results pertaining to omni-channel marketing.
- Work closely with founder on content roadmap that both excites and speaks to brand spirit, and is viable commercially.
Retail and Wholesale Marketing
- Collaborate with wholesale and digital partners to oversee pipeline for events, physical and digital marketing and cross-promotion strategies both organic and paid.
- Manage co-op budget and serve as liaison for all co-op investments, finding ways and innovative vehicles to maximize ROI where possible .
- Media Partner and Wholesale Partner Co-Op Management:
- Budget planning and negotiations
- Communication of brand needs and review of opportunities
- Execute Plans Ensuring partners reach KPIs
- Digital coop partnership
- Develop creative programs for digital coop opportunities
- Liaise with retail partners
- Reporting
- Spearhead ideation and execution of experiential retail activations with the objective of client acquisition and retention, with clearly defined KPIs.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and present bi-annual Digital Media strategy.
- Manage digital marketing efforts with a targeted and qualified audience.
- Oversee email and acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with third party affiliate partners to maximize exposure and opportunities for paid/organic cross promotion.
- Collaborate with digital agency partners, ensuring successful digital marketing campaigns or eCommerce rollout with strong ROI, adherence to timeline and budget.
- Work with existing partners of the brand to best align budgets.
Influencer
- Spearhead the design of influencer strategies for our solutions.
- Provide continuous guidance, execution and reporting on influencer campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Create and drive pitch and support materials for working with influencers and partners.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns with the marketing team.
Budget
- Create and maintain marketing budget and project allocation forecasts, providing monthly updates and reforecasts as needed, including invoicing and tracking.
- Submit invoices or issue Invoices to third party vendors for reimbursement as required.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, strategic partnerships, PR, or affiliate; high-growth or early stage startups experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn
