Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Men’s Retail Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury speciality store. The successful candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales incentives and strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Train and advise staff on new collections and designers.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure representation on the sales floor.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges and assist associates with sales.
  • Manage and organize backstock to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee product launches and train team on display and selling techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and standards by all team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of luxury retail experience.
  • Proven success in sales management and team development.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
