As our Performance Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in developing our DTC playbook and driving e-commerce growth; acquiring new customers while retaining and growing our existing customer base. You will work directly with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and SVP of Marketing and Ecommerce and will be responsible for helping to execute and evaluate performance across primary paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate) as well as developing new channel strategies, while working alongside our agency and any other key partners.
You are data-driven to the core, and have a test & learn mentality. You have experience with new media mix strategies for DTC, lifestyle commodity brands. You are excited by the idea of developing and executing against a full funnel marketing strategy and helping us to discover new acquisition opportunities, while scaling and optimizing core existing marketing channels.
