They are able to use their expertise to assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect products, and are able to make personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. In addition to these sales skills, this candidate is also able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and is able to work well in a team environment.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the store’s product offerings, as well as current fashion trends and styles.
• Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, and make personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions and handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation efforts.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and trainings.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Contribute to the development and execution of in-store events and promotions.
