This move into the brand’s second-largest market after New York was a long-time vision come true for Lotan. The new boutique, designed in collaboration with Eleni Petaloti and Leonidas Trampoukis of Objects of Common Interest, offers a minimal, serene, and introspective shopping experience. Along with women’s and men’s ready-to-wear collections, the store also carries handbags and small leather goods, further solidifying Nili Lotan New York’s reputation as a go-to source for timeless fashion staples.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Women’s Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be integral to our mission to provide clients with an exceptional retail experience. You will be expected to demonstrate a keen understanding of contemporary and luxury fashion, strong styling skills, and have a proven track record in building repeat client relationships. If you align with our fashionable brand vision and are committed to delivering superior service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of brand philosophy.
  • Drive sales by leveraging advanced selling skills, building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Use excellent styling skills to create versatile looks that align with the brand vision and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a client book, ensuring repeat clientele through personalized follow-up.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment in the store.
  • Participate in the visual merchandising of the store, maintaining an environment that aligns with brand aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sophisticated RTW sales at a contemporary or luxury price point.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding and passion for fashion trends and styling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills.
