Job Description

Etro, the high-end Italian fashion house, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our location in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, delivers exceptional customer service, and has a keen eye for our unique and innovative designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, engage and interact with customers to provide excellent customer service and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Etro brand and product lines to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, maximizing sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales goals and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and ability to style customers in a manner consistent with the Etro brand.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
