• Styling Expertise
  • Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our collection, offering style advice and guidance tailored to each bride’s body type and wedding theme.
  • Use expertise to create looks that enhance each bride’s unique style, including accessories and veil recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the fit and customization options for each gown in the collection.
  • Coordinate with alterations team to ensure the desired fit and look is achieved.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for newer team members or as new collections arrive.

• Sales Excellence
  • Drive sales through effective client relationships, achieving a conversion rate of 50% or above.
  • Track and analyze personal sales metrics, seeking opportunities for growth and development.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client information, appointment schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Attend and contribute to team sales strategy meetings, bringing forward insights and suggestions.
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies and events.

• After-Sales Service
  • Foster enduring relationships with brides, ensuring fittings, alterations, and pick-ups are seamlessly executed.
