Sales Associates are expected to achieve sales goals, while balancing daily business. Sales Associates are responsible for developing a network and a loyal clientele. Sales Associates are responsible for Crm initiatives – they are responsible for client data capture and accuracy, communication on products and events.

A Sales Associate is asked to assist in any display set up or breakdown needed and to help ensure products are stored safely. They are to provide excellent customer service – following up on after sales service and follow the repair process from start to finish. They must work to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Associates must follow all policies and procedures. They are asked to share quality standards and collection information with their clients and assist in maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in watch and fine jewelry sales, jewelry certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities, excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect – excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
