Jewelry Brand Mikimoto is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Train sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage cash flow and ensure daily sales are accurately recorded and deposited.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales team members.
• Take on the role of store manager in the absence of the regional manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury sales management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop sales team members.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
