What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct holistic needs analysis for learning programs with respect to external best practices, employee engagement, internal business needs, and program effectiveness
  • Design and develop learning materials (ILT, VILT, eLearning, Video, Job Aids) independently highlighting adult learning theory, human centered design, and instructional design
  • Develop best in class train the trainer materials and experiences to prepare internal and external facilitators to lead high impact training
  • Facilitate learning experiences to all employees to drive behavior change and meaningful professional development, fostering inclusion and psychological safety for all employees, with a focus on managers and leaders.
  • Create and execute project plans to drive enterprise-wide awareness of L&D programming
  • Develop communications plans in the tone and voice of David Yurman, sharing key learning program information and highlighting key milestones in change management
  • Create and implement change management strategies to help David Yurman cultivate a learning culture
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through passive and active data analysis and surveying, and recommend actions based on the data
  • Leverage program data and performance results to align with stakeholders and iterate on programming as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility in reacting to changing business needs
  • Provide thought partnership to business leaders on learning and talent strategies supporting employee development
  • Lead L&D strategy for key programs in partnership with business leaders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in relevant Learning & Development positions required
  • Experience building relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Confident navigating ambiguity with business leaders with a focus on finding solutions, driving results, and building long term relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience utilizing technology to create effective end to end learning experiences
  • Deep experience and passion working with Manager and Leader populations
  • Advanced project management skills

Preferred skills:

  • Strong facilitator with deep experience facilitating virtually, in person, and for diverse populations
  • Experience working with a luxury brand
  • Experience working with early career programming
  • Experience with vendor management and budgeting
  • Ability to inspire strong graphics and visuals for an on brand and engaging look and feel
  • Proficiency in Systems:
  • Learning Management system, Docebo
  • Microsoft suite
  • Articulate 360
  • Adobe suite
