Luxury fashion brand Ulla Jonhson is seeking a Stock Manager to join their team at their Bleecker Street retail location. The Stock Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving shipments, and maintaining stock levels. In addition, the Stock Manager will be required to provide support on the sales floor when needed. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for all products.
• Monitor and maintain the organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Train and supervise stock associates to ensure that all stock operations are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage all stock-related paperwork, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and inventory reports.
• Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Provide support on the sales floor when needed, including assisting customers with product inquiries, handling transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
