Job Description

SIMKHAI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee their store in Dallas, Texas. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and team management. You will be expected to drive sales growth, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store sales goals.
  • Manage store inventory to ensure product availability and optimize inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain and build customer relationships.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and inventory controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales and management.
  • Knowledge and passion for the industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
