Position
Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated & client-centric Team Lead to join our Global Maison located in the Shops at Crystals.
As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team, building Client relationships, proactively championing the achievement of sales goals, and ensuring that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
Profile
In this role you will co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Manager. As a strong communicator with the skill to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
With a focused, entrepreneurial attitude, you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive both our position in the market and business results.
