Job Description

Summary

As the AVP of Client Engagement at Cartier in New York, you will drive client loyalty and repeat business by developing and executing a Client Engagement strategy. Reporting to the VP of Client Strategy, you will identify and implement new concepts to build successful relationships with clients across all segments and product categories, fostering a client-centric mindset among Cartier employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and client loyalty across all channels.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead Regional Client Engagement Directors in implementing personalized strategies.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams to localize globally driven programs.
  • Support the development of client experience action plans.
  • Manage client database and reporting for commercial teams.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and develop KPIs for Client Engagement.
  • Support recruitment and development of Client Engagement professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury goods retail, CRM, or luxury hospitality management.
  • Strong understanding of client journey and management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
