AVP, FP&A - Watch Maisons

Summary

Lead finance activities for eight Watch Maisons within Richemont Americas, serving as a strategic business partner to Maison presidents and regional teams. Oversee financial planning, performance analysis, controls, and a team of four analysts to support strategic decisions and optimize profit and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of four financial analysts.
• Oversee monthly close, forecasting, annual budgets, strategic plans, financial models, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting.
• Monitor sales, costs, headcount, profitability, and cash flow, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage capital expenditure approvals and spending, coordinating with brand, finance, commercial, real estate, and store planning teams.
• Direct internal controls and compliance processes, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a large multinational publicly traded company.
• Experience managing and developing a team; luxury or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS, and advanced analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP Business Objects Analysis, PowerPoint, Looker/GCP, and Power BI; SAP and Anaplan experience is a plus.
