Summary
Lead finance activities for Cartier South America covering Latin America, the Caribbean, Mexico and Brazil. Serve as strategic business partner to the Cartier SA President and CEO and support financial planning, forecasting, consolidation and compliance while driving profitability and cash flow. Based in Miami to provide proximity for business partnership and timely decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly close process and deliver accurate month-end reporting with insightful commentary
- Prepare sales analysis and variance analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Manage budgeting forecasting rolling forecasts and annual strategic plan submissions
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and manage accounts receivable inventory provisions and customer deposit controls
- Consolidate financial statements for Latin America Mexico and Brazil and support regional financial reporting
- Prepare capital approval requests track CAPEX vs budget and reconcile with stakeholders
- Lead regional strategic planning market action plans and monitor KPI performance
- Support operational finance including invoice coding approval matrix purchase orders and internal controls
- Collaborate with HR Marcom and central teams to control personnel and A P costs and support business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- 10 years of FP A experience in a large multinational environment
- Experience in luxury or retail preferred
- Fluent in English; French Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge with business acumen and sound judgment
- Proficiency with SAP Anaplan MS Excel PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI Looker or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Excellent analytical verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities
