- Oversee centralized recruiting for all positions at Cartier North America.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Optimize recruitment processes using technology and automation.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Build strategies for talent planning, development, and succession planning.
- Lead the Cartier Organizational Talent Review and manage talent mobility.
- Develop early career programs and partnerships with universities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience in talent management within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic and tactical skills in talent acquisition and management.
- Ability to influence decision-making and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Passion for developing a diverse workforce and improving processes.
- Experience with talent technologies and a strong network in the luxury talent landscape.
