Job Description

Summary

Lead end-to-end Watches and Jewelry supply chain planning across Cartier North America. Oversee a high-performing team responsible for product availability, inventory productivity, and an exceptional client experience across retail and wholesale networks. Drive strategic transformation through process simplification, automation, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Supply Chain Planning team and oversee product flow to boutiques and external partners.
  • Define inventory strategies, optimize seasonal and holiday planning, deploy assortments, and lead boutique stock rebalancing.
  • Partner with commercial, merchandising, marketing, sales operations, logistics, and global supply chain teams.
  • Support collection launches through demand forecasting and initial inventory allocation.
  • Define and execute the planning transformation roadmap, including standardized processes, automation, analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Visit boutiques to understand operational needs, provide guidance and training, and improve ways of working.
  • Lead continuous improvement and change adoption across boutique and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 or more years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, complex initiatives, and transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics; Looker preferred.
  • Experience in luxury, watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Celonis preferred.
