SummaryThe Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing on-site retail sales support in the assigned market area. Responsibilities- Achieve sales plan in territory through in-store selling, eventing, and training Beauty Advisors.
- Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel including Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
- Partner with the Education department to provide product and sales training to in-store staff.
- Schedule, plan, and execute store-negotiated trainings for Beauty Advisors.
- Execute all corporately directed events in the assigned territory.
- Partner with the AE team and Sales Director to strategically plan schedules.
- Execute visual updates in partnership with the retailer.
- Communicate stock needs through appropriate channels.
- Partner with AEs on training and development of Selling Specialist population.
- Maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands counter image at accounts.
- Conduct productivity evaluations for all Selling Specialists in the territory monthly.
Requirements- 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience.
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achievement oriented with solid business acumen and good financial aptitude.
- Strong leadership skills and collaborative nature.
- Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to deal with confidential information using discretion and judgment.
