Job Description

Summary

The Account Executive, Prestige manages sales performance and retail partnerships across a Washington territory. The role develops account strategies, supports in-store teams, and strengthens the presentation and customer experience for prestige beauty brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, analyze performance, and manage account budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Coordinate staffing, merchandising, promotions, and in-store events across retail locations.
  • Partner with education teams to train and coach Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
  • Build relationships with retail partners and internal teams, and recruit and develop in-store talent.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts.
  • Experience with in-store product education, selling support, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 70-80%, including overnight travel.
  • Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and holidays as needed.
