- Ensure regular client visits to represent lenses, support sales, and enhance brand value.
- Accurately document visits and interactions in internal CRM systems.
- Utilize reporting tools, technical training, samples, and digital platforms to improve client engagement and commercial performance.
- Manage distribution within the territory according to brand guidelines and market objectives.
- Maintain strong professional relationships at all levels of the client organization.
- Provide regular training on products, lens technology, and brand messaging.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and technological innovations.
- Develop and retain existing clientele while identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement integrated programs.
- Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
- Develop strategic business plans using internal tools and programs.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in required training, team meetings, calls, and field events.
- Organize or participate in clinic events to boost lens engagement and sales.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
- Strong sales, interpersonal, training, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Frequent travel, including overnight stays (up to 100%).
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- University degree is an asset.
