Account Planning Manager - Lauren RTW

Summary

The Account Planning Manager partners with merchandise planning, sales, and retail accounts to develop assortments that support seasonal brand strategies and financial goals. This role analyzes business performance and forecasts opportunities to support profitable growth for the Lauren RTW business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and retail accounts to develop financial plans, assortment strategies, and product flow targets.
• Analyze historical and current sales, product performance, margins, bookings, and sell-through to identify opportunities.
• Build assortments, validate financial metrics, and prepare account recaps and reports for planning and management meetings.
• Partner with account executives and buyers to review results, communicate recommendations, and support account objectives.
• Maintain planning tools, monitor account sizing, and contribute to market preparation and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in assortment, merchandise, or account planning, with a focus on retail analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in retail math; familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan is a plus.
