Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive branded growth within the assigned geography.
- Execute business objectives by influencing Account Executives, IDD Sales Reps, and engaging in direct customer interactions.
- Serve as a technical expert in progressive, photochromic, and AR lens technology.
- Achieve national Brand group sales forecasts.
- Present and educate doctors at local workshops.
- Manage sales unit volume across ECP & IDD channels.
- Ensure compliance with territory and account planning activities to achieve regional sales goals.
- Assist in building key accounts business plans with District Sales Manager and partners.
- Train ECPs on Nuance complete pair technology in partnership with Audiology consultants.
- Coach sales teams on the selling process to achieve regional sales goals.
- Complete reports and administrative duties accurately and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with demonstrated sales results.
- Strong consultative selling and sophisticated presentation skills.
- Technical capability in lens, audiology, medical device, or tech space.
- Proven leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and sales analytical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ABO Certification preferred.
