Job Description

Summary

Process invoices and employee expense reports for United States and Canadian operations using SAP and Concur. Support timely, accurate payments, policy compliance, customer inquiries, and financial close activities.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices in SAP in accordance with company policies.
  • Work with vendors, brands, and functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Audit employee expense reports, coordinate payment release or report returns, and resolve policy deviations with managers.
  • Respond to inquiries about invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closings and liaise with Procurement, Vendor Master Data, and Accounting to ensure accurate postings.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred; Concur experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Occasional travel to New York City and other domestic locations may be required.
