Job Description

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at La Jolla University Town Center, you will support the top seller in the Kids' Apparel & Shoes department, ensuring a seamless selling process and exceptional customer service. Your role is crucial in maintaining the department's operations and contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the salesperson in all aspects of the selling process.
  • Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
  • Support team goals and foster positive relationships.
  • Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
