Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to all departments and leadership initiatives.
- Organize and prioritize daily administrative and other responsibilities.
- Oversee office needs and ensure seamless functioning and decorum of the work environment.
- Engage with leadership to support engagement activities, events, celebrations, and location perks.
- Act as support and backup to the HR office.
- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Use Office applications and other software at a highly proficient level.
- Support purchasing, receiving, and inventory management functions.
- Act as administrative support to location environmental health and safety programs.
- Conduct floor walk surveys and time studies as assigned.
- Track and maintain files with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in answering the phone and distributing messages.
- Anticipate and follow up on requests and issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable in attendance and punctuality.
- Proficiency in Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms, and Outlook.
- Database and Kronos experience preferred.
