Summary

Provide motivated, results oriented administrative support to the top seller, delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with selling processes and department maintenance. Set up customer fitting rooms, support team goals, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work and remerchandising
• Handle display setup and price markdowns
• Manage merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
• Assist customers and address concerns proactively

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capacity for continuous movement and physical tasks for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Able to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
