Summary

Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale by assisting customers with sales, returns and other transactions while maintaining a polished sales floor. Support store operations including order fulfillment and pick-up, and help keep the department organized and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with purchases and returns
• Operate the point of sale to complete transactions accurately
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening and light cleaning
• Restock merchandise and support visual presentation to keep the department runway ready
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up processes
• Share product knowledge and upcoming events to build customer relationships
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and reliable follow through
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6 to 8 hours and perform bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
