Summary

Provide in-store sales and administrative support to a top-selling salesperson, assisting with the selling process, customer service, and daily department upkeep. Support team goals by preparing fitting rooms, organizing merchandise, and maintaining displays to ensure a smooth customer experience. Perform routine stock and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson throughout the selling process and prepare merchandise for customer fittings.
• Set up and maintain customer fitting rooms and assist customers as needed.
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, and merchandise transfers.
• Handle light cleaning and organization to maintain presentation standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers and help achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to follow-through, and effective communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and proactively handle customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and use of hands for grasping and manipulation.
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
