Administrative Assistant Top Seller - Scottsdale Fashion Square

Summary

Provide customer focused administrative and sales support to a top seller in a fast paced department at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Assist with the selling process, maintain the sales floor and fitting room readiness, and help achieve team goals while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance including stock work and re merchandising
• Execute display changes and price markdowns
• Process merchandise transfers and assist with light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Prioritize tasks to support team goals in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and reliable follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns positively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and use of hands for manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
