Job Description

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant III in Operations and Human Resources, you will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Director of Operations and Director of HR. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and file expense reports.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee communications, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist with project management and office logistics.
  • Organize agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in HR or Operations is a plus.
