Job Description

Summary

Join our team as an Administrative Support Associate at the Beverly Center, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail operations during the busy seasonal period. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth administrative processes and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the store management team.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for store operations.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail environment.
