Advertising Intern - Madison 550

Summary

Five month Advertising Intern position within the Communications department supporting paid owned and earned media efforts. The role involves campaign support across advertising special events and media activations and includes participation in the Generation H internship program. Internships may be full time or part time and are in person at the corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Support 360 degree communications plans across paid earned and owned media
• Provide internal reporting and campaign analytics for communications initiatives
• Assist with monthly seasonal and campaign wrap up analysis
• Help plan and execute print campaigns and experiential out of home activations
• Collaborate with media special events and regional teams to amplify initiatives
• Moderate daily social interactions on the US Facebook page
• Liaise with Store Directors E Commerce and Retail Operations to resolve inquiries
• Manage owned collateral seasonal orders and deployment to boutiques

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Associates Bachelors or Masters degree program
• Proactive self starter able to work independently
• Strong communication analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise preferred
• Luxury brand experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in person at corporate headquarters for the five month program
