Job Description

Summary

Join Hermès as an After Sales and Client Services Intern in the Generation H program, where you will gain real-world experience in a corporate environment. This full-time, in-person internship is based in New York City and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Manager of After Sales and the Client Development team, providing administrative and analytical support on key global initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Manager of After Sales with the uniform dispatch process, collaborating with partners in Paris.
  • Create PowerPoint presentation decks for After Sales trainings.
  • Work with the Client Development team to streamline the special-order process.
  • Validate repair vendors by scheduling visits and reviewing vendor tests.
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify new repair vendors.
  • Compile After Sales meeting recaps.
  • Participate in special projects for After Sales and Client Services.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
  • Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
