Job Description

Summary

The After Sales and Client Services Intern provides administrative and analytical support for after-sales initiatives, uniform procurement, and client development processes. The role also supports process improvements, vendor research, and reporting while collaborating with teams in the United States and Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Support the uniform dispatch process from initial data gathering through delivery.
  • Create presentation materials for after-sales trainings and compile meeting recaps.
  • Review the special-order process and identify opportunities to streamline it and improve reporting.
  • Coordinate repair vendor visits and tests, and conduct market research to identify potential vendors.
  • Assist with special projects for After Sales and Client Services.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
  • Bring strong organization, follow-through, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, professionalism, discretion, and clear communication.
  • Have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Previous fashion or luxury internship experience is a plus.
