Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional client service for repair drop off and pick up while managing repair lifecycle and related operational tasks for the boutique. Serve as primary liaison with clients and workshops, maintain accurate system records, and support inventory and quality control activities. Ensure timely communication and resolution of client escalations to uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients at repair drop off, perform initial assessment, and set repair expectations
  • Enter detailed repair information into CASS and generate claims
  • Manage pick up transactions and confirm completed repair requests
  • Maintain Open Claims Report for fashion and watch jewelry categories
  • Quality check returned repairs and follow up on repair lifecycle status updates
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving with clients and workshops
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock repairs in CASS and MMS
  • Partner with inventory team on quality alerts and handle boutique stock repair and damage

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years fashion or luxury client services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact calmly and professionally with internal and external clients
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in store to support opening closing and inventory processes
