Job Description

Summary

The After Sales Coordinator provides warm, professional client service throughout the repair process and supports boutique operations. The role coordinates repair intake, assessments, client updates, workshop communication, and repair pickup.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with repair drop-off and pickup, explain repair details and timelines, and process claims and payments.
  • Track open claims, follow up with clients, and coordinate shipping and receiving with workshops.
  • Quality-check returned repairs and process boutique stock repairs, damage, and repair inventory.
  • Partner with boutique teams and inventory colleagues to resolve client escalations and quality alerts.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury client services.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and client-service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, make sound decisions, and maintain a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds; foreign language skills are preferred.
