Job Description

Summary

As an After Sales Service Supervisor at Hermès Chicago, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional after sales service in a luxury retail environment. You will oversee customer-owned merchandise repairs, ensuring a seamless process from receipt to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and oversee Hermès customer-owned merchandise for repairs, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
  • Work directly with clients to identify repair needs, explain processes, timelines, and costs.
  • Complete and manage COM repair forms, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Consistently follow up with clients regarding repair status and ensure timely communication.
  • Log and process repairs using existing systems, ensuring products are clean and presentable upon return.
  • Process repair transactions and liaise with the back of house team as needed.
  • Participate in product training to enhance knowledge and service quality.
  • Communicate quality issues to the After Sales Service Manager.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in after sales or a related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
