After Sales Service Supervisor - Maison Madison Flagship

As an After Sales Service Supervisor at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional after sales service in a luxury environment. You will oversee customer-owned merchandise, ensuring repairs are identified, processed, and completed to the highest standards, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

• Receive and oversee Hermès customer-owned merchandise for repairs.
• Analyze products to identify repair needs and possibilities.
• Orchestrate all elements of the after sales process, including repair processes, lead times, and costs.
• Maintain communication with clients, craft shops, vendors, and Paris After Sales.
• Ensure proper completion of COM repair forms and follow up with clients on repair status.
• Log and process repairs using Excel and After Sales Service systems.
• Examine products post-repair to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Process repair transactions and liaise with back of house team.
• Participate in product training to enhance product knowledge.
• Communicate quality issues with After Sales Service Manager.

• 1-3+ years of related experience in after sales, luxury, manufacturing, or technical product environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of French language a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
