Responsibilities- Open and close the store as scheduled following all Holt Renfrew procedures.
- Perform assigned operational and inventory control audits and ensure compliance.
- Support Operations and Sales teams with inventory counts and shortage programs.
- Conduct routine floor walks and inspections to maintain business continuity.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and monitor CCTV systems.
- Conduct internal and external investigations and apprehend shoplifters.
- Testify at criminal proceedings as necessary.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and respond to emergencies.
- Act as an advocate for Health and Safety in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Safety & Security roles.
- Valid provincial security license and first aid, CPR, and AED certificates.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and customer service.
- Previous investigative and interview training is an asset.
- Problem-solving and de-escalation skills are an asset.
- Ability to maintain clear field notes and investigation reports.
