As an Alterations Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality alterations and tailoring services to our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with their purchases.

Responsibilities

Perform alterations and repairs on garments according to customer specifications and company standards.
Measure and mark garments for alterations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on alterations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all alterations.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in alterations or tailoring.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with various sewing machines and tools.
