Alterations Associate responsible for performing skilled tailoring and fittings to ensure garments meet company quality and fit standards. Works directly with clients and Sales Associates to deliver precise alterations and exceptional service. Produces clear markings and alterations that can be executed by other tailors. Maintains productivity and quality by following company systems.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate markings on garments to ensure proper alterations
• Perform alterations according to client needs and company quality standards
• Partner with Sales Associates to provide exceptional service during fittings
• Complete special customer requests and ensure markings are clear for other tailors
• Maintain productivity and follow the company alteration system

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of alterations and fitting experience, preferably in a high-end retail environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented, precise, and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
