Alterations Associate

Summary

The Alterations Associate is part of the tailoring team, providing customer service and tailoring expertise. This role fits and alters a wide range of luxury garments while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform garment fittings and make alterations decisions based on customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Meet individual performance and productivity goals while following store and workroom procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support store and department initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of fitting and tailoring experience with high-end merchandise.
• Ability to fit and alter a wide range of garments and use standard sewing, pressing, and spotting equipment.
• Knowledge of luxury merchandise fabrication and styling; specialty skills and machine experience are beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
