Part time Alterations Associate responsible for performing garment alterations and repairs at the Willowbrook mall location, delivering high quality workmanship and attentive customer service to ensure garments fit properly and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of alterations and tailoring services including hemming, taking in and letting out seams, and adjusting waistbands.
- Assess garments to determine appropriate alteration techniques and required materials.
- Provide accurate measurements and fittings to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain sewing machines and alteration tools in good working order.
- Complete alterations within established timeframes and prioritize workflow.
- Document work performed and track customer orders and garment status.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished garments for fit and finish.
- Offer basic customer service and answer questions regarding alteration options.
Requirements
